What You'll Do

• Support the execution of performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display, Video), ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and innovative strategies that drive efficiency and results.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing reports and insights for internal and client-facing presentations, showcasing campaign performance and learnings.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign strategies.

What You'll Need

• Experience: Ideally 1 year experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising, with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and performance marketing principles. Experience with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, Programmatic, etc.) is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, interpreting performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment, take initiative, and support senior team members in delivering results.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
