Performance Marketer

I am looking for a hands-on performance marketer to join our team onsite in Nueva Ecija, #Philippines. You'll run real campaigns, work with real budgets, and see the results of your work every day. Work setup: Onsite, full-time, hands-on role. This is NOT remote. What you'll do: - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Ads - Monitor performance daily and optimize for better results - Analyse campaign data and turn it into clear next steps - Test audiences, creatives, and ad strategies to improve results - Work closely with the team to hit campaign goals What we're looking for: - Experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads - Knowledge of campaign management and optimization - Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results - Familiarity with audience targeting and advertising strategies - Strong analytical skills, initiative, and teamwork Nice to have: A portfolio or examples of campaigns you've managed, with results you can talk about.
