Digital Media Planner

Tempo OMD Hellas is looking for a Digital Media Planner to work with his/her team on a challenging multinational account.

He/She will participate in a team that designs and implements the media plans as well as strategy of clients' communication activities.

• Develop integrated media plans across digital channels
• Conduct audience research and market analysis to fuel media recommendations
• Manage media budgets and negotiate placements with media vendors
• Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative, offline and client servicing teams to ensure campaign cohesion
• Stay current with digital media market trends, audience behaviour, and industry developments

The Ideal Candidate

• A dynamic person, eager to learn and develop a career, team player
• 1–2 years of experience in digital media planning, preferably within a media or communications agency
• Familiarity with software platforms (Arianna, Media Services, NIOVI, Organotiki) will be a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital media KPIs and campaign metrics
• Background in media planning tools and audience measurement systems
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
