Office Location: Ortigas East Pasig (Office)

Role Overview

Leads execution across the full performance marketing teams book of work translating campaign and channel strategy into operating plans, owning cross-functional coordination, and driving optimization, experimentation, and performance reviews across the paid channel mix including emerging platforms. This role operates at the intersection of execution and strategy: you own the orchestration layer end-to-end while building the processes, playbooks, and team capability that make the practice more effective with every engagement. You bring 57 years of digital marketing experience with proven multi-channel ownership across paid social, paid search, and programmatic display plus at least one emerging channel. You translate performance data into strategic action, not just reporting, and you have experience guiding junior team members on platform best practices and channel-specific nuance. In this role, you develop and manage campaign plans across the full channel mix, run the experimentation program, and deliver performance reviews that drive meaningful decisions for clients and stakeholders. You are the connective tissue between strategy and execution ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and the team operates at a consistently high level. As such, you are happy to get involved in big campaign launches and build campaigns yourself alongside of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage campaign execution plans across paid social, paid search, programmatic, CTV, OOH, OTT, Reddit, content syndication, and ABM-native platforms (6sense, Demandbase) setting budgets, KPIs, and channel-mix recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, content, strategy, audience and ABM, development, and data teams to keep multi-channel launches on track, strategic and modern in approach, and on brief.
  • Own experimentation strategy A/B testing, creative testing, bid-strategy testing across the teams channel mix, documenting outcomes and codifying winning approaches.
  • Run regular client media performance reviews, translating metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) into strategic recommendations for stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide tactical and strategic guidance to Performance Marketing Orchestrators mentoring on platform best practices and channel-specific nuance, especially newer channels like CTV and Reddit.
  • Identify and resolve campaign issues; streamline workflows and implement scalable processes as the channel mix grows.
  • Partner across practices (especially GTME) to ensure clear pipeline impact reporting and value realization for clients.
  • Maintain SLA compliance for account-list activation handoffs from the Audience and ABM team, flagging capacity or channel constraints proactively.

Your Mindset

  • AI-Forward: Demonstrates hands-on experience using AI tools to improve the quality or speed of their work — whether in drafting, analysis, research, reporting, or workflow automation. Identifies where AI applies without being prompted and can point to specific ways it has changed how they operate.
  • Outcome-Driven: Anchors every decision in measurable business impact. Moves beyond activity and output metrics to focus on the results that matter — to the client, to the portfolio, and to 2X’s ability to demonstrate value.
  • Analytically Rigorous: Doesn’t stop at the number — digs into what it means and what to do about it. Builds analysis that holds up to scrutiny, communicates findings with clarity, and uses data to drive decisions rather than decorate them.
  • Client-Obsessed: Earns trust by making complexity feel simple and delivery feel consistent. Whether client-facing or working behind the scenes, everything they do has to hold up to the question: does this serve the client’s success?
  • Builder Mentality: Doesn’t just execute — improves the systems, processes, and capabilities that make execution better for everyone. Sees gaps as opportunities, not someone else’s problem. Leaves things better than they found them.
  • Collaborative by Nature: Defaults to integration over isolation. Shares context proactively, seeks input before finalizing, and makes cross-functional teams more effective just by being in them. Influence doesn’t require authority.

Core Success Metrics

  • Team-wide campaign performance: the full book of work meets or exceeds KPI targets (ROAS, CPA, CTR) across the channel mix.
  • Experimentation velocity: tests are running regularly, outcomes are documented, and winning approaches are codified into practice playbooks.
  • Client and stakeholder confidence: +70 NPS from client feedback; 100% NRR; <2% churn on assigned accounts.
  • Core-team ramp time: Performance Marketing Orchestrators get up to speed on new channels faster with Senior-level coaching and clear documentation.
  • Methodology contribution: at least one documented process, playbook, or optimization framework per quarter that can be reused across accounts.
  • Collateral contribution: at least one documented case study from the team per quarter to showcase the team’s capabilities to prospects.

Your Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in digital marketing or campaign management, with proven multi-channel ownership spanning paid social, paid search, programmatic display, and at least one emerging channel.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC) into strategic action — not just reporting.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding performance marketing practitioners.
  • Comfortable evaluating and piloting new/emerging channels as the mix evolves.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing client or senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) and the account-based paid media activation workflow.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics, or equivalent) at a campaign tracking and attribution level.
  • AI-Forward: Demonstrates hands-on experience using AI tools to improve the quality or speed of their work — whether in drafting, analysis, research, reporting, or workflow automation. Identifies where AI applies without being prompted and can point to specific ways it has changed how they operate.
