Founded in 2022, the agency has grown rapidly and now includes a team of more than 13 video producers. The team is based in Sydney’s Inner West, with a studio located in Dulwich Hill, NSW. Viewix focuses on creative, data-informed campaigns that help clients stand out in competitive digital environments and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Role Description

The Paid Media Specialist (Meta Ads) is a casual role, on-site role based in Dulwich Hill, NSW. This role is responsible for planning, building, and optimising Meta ad campaigns that align with client objectives and drive qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include setting up campaigns in Ads Manager, managing budgets and bids, conducting A/B tests, analysing performance data, and refining targeting to improve results. The specialist will collaborate closely with video producers and account teams to translate creative concepts into paid media strategies, prepare regular performance reports, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Set up audiences, targeting, pixels and conversion tracking
• Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to hit KPIs
• Run A/B testing on creative, audiences and copy
• Report on results and share clear insights with the team
• Collaborate with our products/editors and provide creative input to shape video content for paid performance

About You

• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
• Confident in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and Events Manager
• Strong analytical skills and a test-and-learn mindset
• Understanding of video-led ad creative and what performs
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
