Bidmark is a results-driven digital marketing agency based in central Leeds. We specialise in search, paid media, SEO, and web development. We pride ourselves on transparent client communication, data-backed strategies, and a great team culture.

We're looking for a Paid Media Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of client paid media accounts leading heavily on Google PPC while managing Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Paid Search strategy & management (PMax, Shopping, Display, Bing)
• Build, run, and scale Paid Social campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn)
• Presenting performance and strategic recommendations to clients
• Perform deep-dive account audits to unlock growth and maximise ROAS
• Collaborate with our creative team on ad copy and landing page optimisation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of paid media experience
• Essential: Proven agency experience managing multiple accounts
• Expert hands-on knowledge of Paid Media
• Confident client-facing presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work from our central Leeds office 3 days per week
