The role

We’re looking for a confident, curious and proactive Campaign & Paid Media Manager to deliver paid-media campaigns for some of the world’s best-known brands across healthcare, education, FMCG, finance and tech.

This is a mid-weight role for someone who already has practical experience planning, launching and optimising paid digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with clients and our strategy, creative, data and project teams to turn briefs into effective media activity, understand performance and make recommendations that improve results.

We value personality, communication and good judgement just as highly as technical ability. You do not need to be an expert in every platform, but you should be comfortable using paid-advertising platforms and keen to build on your existing experience in a fast-paced agency environment.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes ownership of their work and is confident building relationships with clients and partners.

What you’ll be doing

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Turn client briefs into effective paid-media plans with the wider team.
  • Set up, launch, manage and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Create client reports and dashboards, turning campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Review creative performance and share learnings for future campaigns.
  • Work with job boards, media partners and suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines and client expectations at pace.

As a growing agency, we encourage everyone to get stuck into wider business initiatives or help out where needed.

What you need to bring

  • Previous hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, ideally across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and/or TikTok.
  • Experience optimising campaign performance, monitoring budgets and reporting on results.
  • Confidence communicating directly with clients and explaining performance in a clear, approachable way.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own priorities and workload across multiple projects.
  • Comfort working with numbers and interpreting campaign data.
  • A collaborative, positive and proactive approach when working with different teams.
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to keep learning.
  • Agency experience, or experience working across multiple clients, campaigns or sectors, is desirable.
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager or other reporting and measurement tools would also be beneficial.
  • Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
