The Role

As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Social and Search for a client in the luxury travel sector. While the role is multi-channel, it has a stronger emphasis on paid social, covering Meta and TikTok, with the opportunity to also work across Pinterest and LinkedIn. Alongside the channel work, you’ll be the day-to-day link between our operational teams and the client’s teams at their HQ and in the US, coordinating projects and keeping communication clear and timely on both sides. You’ll work closely with Senior Media Managers and the Media Director on building strategies and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the planning, activation and delivery of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok (and Pinterest and LinkedIn where relevant), alongside Paid Search, aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop channel strategies suited to luxury travel audiences, from inspiration through to consideration and booking.
  • Brief and review creative and ad formats for each social platform, and plan structured creative and audience testing.
  • Participate in strategic and creative planning sessions, and work with the broader team to deliver integrated, cross-channel plans that drive strong client results.

Performance Management & Optimisation

  • Stay on top of campaign performance across Search and Social, conducting regular analysis and optimisation.
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations based on market conditions and campaign data.
  • Assess data to guide performance-based decisions and continuous campaign improvement.
  • Support the Media Director by overseeing weekly/daily QA checks to maintain accuracy in execution and reporting.

Project Coordination & Cross-Team Communication

  • Act as the day-to-day bridge between our operational delivery teams and the client’s teams at their HQ and in the US.
  • Coordinate workstreams, timelines and dependencies across media and other internal teams, keeping projects on track and everyone aligned.
  • Run and contribute to regular client calls and updates, clearly communicating progress, next steps and actions, and following up on them.
  • Manage communication across time zones, flagging risks, delays or changes early.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong client relationships and communicate campaign progress clearly.
  • Provide technical guidance and respond effectively to internal and external queries.
  • Collaborate with agency stakeholders and clients to ensure strategy alignment and delivery.

Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to financial processes, deadlines, and accuracy standards across all work.
  • Maintain high-quality service levels across digital platforms through effective teamwork and process management.

Industry Awareness & Knowledge Sharing

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and platform developments, including the luxury travel sector.
  • Share relevant updates and insights with team members and clients to support ongoing learning.

What you'll bring;

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Paid Media across both Paid Social and Paid Search, with deeper specialism in Paid Social.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
  • Experience on Pinterest and/or LinkedIn is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in Paid Search (e.g., Google Ads).
  • Experience working on medium-to-large budgets and accounts in an agency environment is a must.
  • Proven background in hands-on campaign management, implementation, and strategic planning.
  • Experience managing or coordinating junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, IF/SUMIF, Concatenate, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience in luxury travel, hospitality or premium consumer brands is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working with international stakeholders, including HQ and US-based teams across time zones.

  • Confident managing client relationships in a fast-moving environment.

Organisation & Workstyle
