Role Description The Advertising Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Metro Manila, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing advertising campaigns that leverage reels, shorts, and other digital formats to promote client brands. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with creative and customer service teams, managing campaign timelines and budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better reach and conversion. The Advertising Manager will also oversee media planning, maintain relationships with clients and partners, and ensure all advertising activities align with brand strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in advertising campaign management, including media planning and performance analysis.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, with familiarity in social media platforms and short-form video advertising.
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging concepts and messaging for reels and shorts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Prior experience working with customer-focused businesses or service-oriented organizations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila, with flexibility to attend on-site meetings and client sessions as needed.
