About the role

Plan, create, execute, and monitor digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms and e-commerce ecosystems. Optimize campaign performance through data-driven analysis, retargeting strategies, and promotional activities. Build product awareness and strengthen brand presence and competitiveness in the digital marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• 2+ years of proven track record in digital advertising, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Shopee & Tiktok Ads, Google ads
• Proven experience building, scaling, and optimizing paid ad accounts using a structured full-funnel framework (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Knowledge of retargeting, conversion optimization, and digital marketing best practices
• AI-Adaptive: Agile and able to leverage the latest AI tools for marketing efficiency
