Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior PPC Manager located in Bucharest, Romania. The Senior PPC Manager will be responsible for developing and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Daily tasks include campaign strategy, execution, optimization, analytics, and reporting to ensure alignment with clients' business objectives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance performance marketing efforts through data-driven insights and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing with a focus on platform-specific ad management and audience targeting
• Proven experience in Marketing and Lead Generation with the ability to create strategies that drive customer acquisition
• Proficiency in Web Analytics, including the ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights
• Strong background in Digital Marketing with a focus on performance optimization and ROI maximization
• Excellent project management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
• In-depth knowledge of paid media tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in ecommerce or a data-driven environment is a plus
