About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Media Buyer to support paid media execution and optimization across multiple client accounts.

This role is a technical media buying, campaign performance, and optimization role. You won't be responsible for managing client relationships, leading client calls, or preparing presentations.

You'll work closely with our account directors, creative strategists, and execution team to ensure campaigns are structured, optimized, and performing efficiently.

We're looking for someone who can independently identify opportunities, troubleshoot performance issues, and make informed recommendations without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do

Media Buying & Optimization

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, conversion rates, and other performance indicators.
• Identify performance issues and recommend actionable optimizations.
• Manage campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding approaches, and budget pacing.
• Identify scaling opportunities and areas of inefficient spend.
• Support new campaign launches and testing initiatives.

Performance Analysis

• Analyze campaign performance and identify meaningful trends.
• Investigate performance fluctuations and determine potential causes.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to account directors.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to identify creative fatigue, winning concepts, and testing opportunities.
• Evaluate performance beyond platform-reported metrics, considering broader business objectives.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work with account directors to translate growth strategies into effective media buying plans.
• Coordinate with our offshore execution team on campaign implementation and routine tasks.
• Review campaign setups and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Help improve media buying processes, documentation, and automation.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline analysis and repetitive workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing performance-driven e-commerce and DTC brands.
• Deep understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to diagnose performance issues independently.
• Experience with campaign testing, scaling, and budget management.
• Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
• Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Motion, or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and automated workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to work independently across multiple accounts.
