Paid Social Manager

Our client is a national marketing agency running paid social for brands in QSR, retail and ecommerce. They need an experienced Paid Social Manager to cover a parental leave through the holiday season.

• Rate: $55/hour
• Hours: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday
• Duration: Week of November 9 through December 2026, with potential to extend
• Location: Remote, US-based. Eastern or Central time zone preferred.

Job Description

You'll run day-to-day paid social for two accounts and be the main point of contact for the client. This role is hands-on and client facing, with no direct reports.

• A high-growth QSR brand: 7 to 20 local campaigns launching every Monday, plus up to 15 national campaigns a month
• A luxury retail brand: ecommerce-focused, live on Meta

You'll set up, launch and QA campaigns, track performance, recommend optimizations, and present results to the client.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid social experience, ideally with QSR, CPG or ecommerce brands
• Deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Comfortable leading client conversations
• Strong analytics and measurement skills
• Organized and steady in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Nice to have: experience with app campaigns
