Paid Social Intern

Role: Paid Social Intern (6-month fixed-term contract)

Location: Solihull

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Paid Social Intern to join our Performance Marketing team at Lounge for a 6 month period starting in November 2026. This role will focus on the day-to-day building, uploading and quality-checking of paid social ads across our key platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit.

You’ll play an important role in ensuring our campaigns are built accurately, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Working closely with the Paid Social team, you’ll help bring our creative campaigns to life by ensuring the right assets, copy, links, and tracking are in place before ads go live.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, commercially driven e-commerce business.

What you will do at Lounge

• Build and upload paid social ads across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit, following briefs and instructions from the Paid Social team.

• Ensure the correct creative assets, copy, headlines, links and tracking are applied to every ad before it goes live.

• Upload and organise a high volume of creative assets, making sure the correct versions, formats and variations are used.

• Quality-check ads to ensure everything is accurate, flagging any inconsistencies or issues before campaigns launch.

• Support the team with campaign launches, product launches and key trading moments throughout the year.

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring ads are built accurately and delivered on time.

• Work closely with the Paid Social team to follow processes, maintain consistency and ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.
