Media Buyer

We’re looking for a highly analytical, performance-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop GMV Max campaigns and scaling paid media profitably.

This role will own overall advertising performance, including:

• Product GMV Max and ads boost execution
• Budget pacing and campaign optimization
• ROAS, ROI, CTR, and CVR performance
• Content testing and scalable winner identification
• Creative and product-level performance analysis
• Actionable feedback for content, creator, and affiliate teams
• Daily and weekly reporting with clear next-step recommendations

The ideal candidate can go beyond reporting what changed. You should be able to diagnose why performance shifted, identify whether the issue is related to creative, product, offer, targeting, PDP quality, inventory, or traffic, and recommend the appropriate action.

We’re especially interested in candidates who have

• Direct, hands-on experience running Product GMV Max campaigns, ideally including LIVE GMV Max
• Experience setting and adjusting ROI targets based on campaign performance
• A strong understanding of budget pacing, including major sales periods such as BFCM
• The ability to identify winning content by creator, product, hook, angle, format, and CTA
• Experience scaling strong-performing content while protecting ROAS and overall budget efficiency
• The ability to provide clear creative direction based on ad performance data
• Strong reporting and presentation skills

Agency experience managing multiple brand accounts, experience authorizing affiliate content or running creative boosts, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are all a plus.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Content Strategist, Shop Ops Manager, Paid Creator Manager, Community Manager, Affiliate Coordinator, and Senior Account Strategist/Director.
