Media Buyer, Telehealth (Meta Ads)
The role
Full-time, remote (contractor) · starting at $1,000 to $1,500/month USD
Telehealth clinics for weight loss, hormones and peptides are taking off right now, and they all need more patients. That’s what we do. We're a marketing agency for telehealth brands in the GLP-1/HRT/Peptide industry. This is a highly regulated-frequently restricted category on Meta, so we need media buyers who understand the industry, are able to navigate restrictions, and have experience running ecom ads.
We’re hiring two media buyers. Each of you will run about 10 client accounts at $2,000 to $4,000 a month in spend, with a strategist who hands you new ads to test every week. We want people who are already great at this and want to work somewhere that moves fast.
What you’ll do
- Launch new client accounts: campaign structure, pixel and dataset checks, conversion events and the first ads live.
- Optimize every account daily: budgets, bids, what to kill and what to scale.
- Test every new ad our strategist makes, and tell them which ads are winning and which are wearing out.
- Make quick variations of winning ads yourself in Canva or CapCut: new hooks, text overlays, sizes and thumbnails.
- Handle rejected ads, restricted ad accounts and disabled pages, and get them back through Meta’s review process.
- Make sure tracking works on every account: pixel, Conversions API and Events Manager.
- Send each client’s numbers every week: spend, cost per lead, booked calls and purchases.
What you need
- 3+ years as a Meta media buyer, running 8 or more accounts at the same time.
- You’ve managed at least $30,000 a month in total ad spend.
- Experience in a regulated health category: telehealth, GLP-1, HRT, peptides, supplements or medspa.
- You know Meta’s prescription drug and health ad policies, and you’ve gotten restricted ad accounts back through Meta’s official review process.
- You can set up and debug a pixel and Conversions API in Events Manager.
- You make decisions from the numbers and can explain them in plain English.
- Good written English for Slack and weekly reports.
- Basic Canva or CapCut skills.
- Available at least 4 hours a day during US Eastern business hours, wherever you live.
Bonus points
- You’ve run ads on TikTok, Reddit, Google, YouTube or Taboola.
- You’ve worked in GoHighLevel.
If your high-risk experience is cloaking, account farming or rotating ad accounts, don’t apply. We stay compliant, and our clients’ ad accounts depend on it.
Why this job
- You’d join early. The team is small, the client list keeps growing, and the people who join now shape how we run ads.
- You report to the founder and work every day with our strategist. Decisions happen in hours, on Slack.
- New ads land every week, so you always have something fresh to test.
How to apply
Send
- A screenshot of Ads Manager showing the accounts you manage now or managed recently (blur the client names).
- One account you’re proud of: what it spent, what it got, and what you changed to get there.
- A few sentences on the last restricted ad account you got back, and how you did it.
- How you’d set up a new GLP-1 telehealth clinic’s account at $100 a day. Five sentences max.
