Media Buyer

We're hiring an in-house media buyer. Full-time, starting ASAP. Strong base + real profit share on a business already doing $1M/month. Exact numbers on the first call , depends on your track record. Context: biggest Muslim info offer in the space. Currently spending six figures/month on ads and the goal is $1M/month in spend asap . This isn't a seat-warming role. You'd work directly with me on creative strategy , angles, hooks, UGC direction , not just sit in Ads Manager pulling levers on creative someone else decided on. What we need: — Proven at scaling spend profitably into the millions — Ecom experience (strong plus) — Real creative strategy instinct — Resourceful on the account side — agency accounts, approvals, never stuck — In the room with us on calls, opinionated, pushes back What you get: Remote.
