Ad Specialist, Arabic Speaker

The Ad Specialist – Arabic Speaker is a full-time hybrid role based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves planning, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across social and online platforms, with a focus on Arabic-language audiences. The Ad Specialist will manage campaign setup, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and performance tracking, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives and deliver strong ROI. Daily responsibilities include analyzing metrics and reports, recommending optimization strategies, coordinating with internal teams and influencers, and staying current with trends in digital advertising and social media. The successful candidate will also support the development of media plans, contribute ideas for creative assets, and help refine targeting strategies for the regional market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in digital advertising campaign management, including planning, setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to use ad platform dashboards and analytics tools to guide decisions.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, particularly in writing and reviewing ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing, with an understanding of audience segmentation and regional trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Doha, Qatar, managing time and priorities across office and remote settings.
• Collaborative mindset, with strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, clients, and creators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in media agencies, online advertising, or social media marketing within the MENA region is an advantage.
